Hey there, my fellow coffee lovers! My name is Alexis and I am currently a sophomore here at UW Oshkosh. I am from Green Bay, Wisconsin so I’m not too far from home, but far enough where I get to explore a whole new area! I am a nursing major and I’m also getting a certificate in social equity & diversity, which has been a really neat learning experience. I like to stay involved on campus, so I am a part of both Cru, which is a campus ministry, and OSNA, which stands for Oshkosh Student Nurse Association. I love UW Oshkosh and I hope that you will too (especially after hearing about the awesome coffee spots)! So, if you are wondering where you can get a delicious cup of joe on or around the UW Oshkosh campus, I’ve got your back! As a coffee connoisseur and UW Oshkosh student myself, I have a list of some of the best places to get coffee in the area.

On Campus

For students looking to stay on campus to get their coffee, there are a few different places to do so. These include Reeve Coffee House, Einstein Bros. Bagels, and Café Clow. The perfect places to stop when you are on the go, or if you want to use your meal plan or Titan Dollars!

Reeve Coffee House is located in the heart of Reeve Union across from the bookstore. If you’re looking for a Starbucks beverage to sip on, here is where you can go! And if you’re not exactly feeling coffee, they serve some spectacular smoothies as well.

You can find Einstein Bros. Bagels on the first floor of Sage Hall, so if you have any classes in Sage, it’s the perfect place to stop! Not only do they serve the best bagels and breakfast sandwiches, but they also serve the oh-so-good Caribou coffee.

Last, but not least, Café Clow can be found in Clow Hall. With it being located right in the center of an academic hall, it’s another great place to stop when you’re just on the go! They serve both yummy snacks and Colectivo Coffee!

Off Campus

Now if you’re feeling a little bit more adventurous, there are some great places around the Oshkosh area to fuel up with some amazing coffee beverages! You will be able to find Starbucks, Panera Bread, and Big Apple Bagels nearby, but I would definitely recommend checking out some of the local places as well. The following are some of my absolute favorite places to stop and get a cozy cup of coffee. Not to mention, they are all around a fifteen-minute walk or a five-minute drive from campus!

Caramel Crisp Corner (200 City Center D, Oshkosh, WI 54901) is located in City Center, which is not too far from campus. At this fun little café in downtown Oshkosh, you can not only enjoy a spectacular coffee, but also some super yummy treats. You can’t go to Caramel Crisp without trying one of their famous cookies or some of their gourmet popcorn!

Planet Perk at City Center (100 City Center C, Oshkosh, WI 54901) is another little gem you can find at City Center. Planet Perk is a great place to get some really great food such as sandwiches and baked goods, my personal favorite is the Apple Bagel! Not to mention, the coffee is de-lish

Planet Perk in The Grind (240 Algoma Blvd #101b, Oshkosh, WI 54901) is just another location of Planet Perk that’s also located in downtown Oshkosh. Although this location is just under a fifteen-minute walk from campus, what I love about it is that it also has a drive-thru! So when I’m craving that Planet Perk latte or Apple Bagel and I’m on the go, I can just head to The Grind!

New Moon Café (401 N Main St, Oshkosh, WI 54901) is a sweet little café nestled in downtown Oshkosh, not too far from the others. New Moon serves some very outstanding food alongside their super wide variety of coffee beverages!

Pilora’s Café (910 N Main St, Oshkosh, WI 54901), right down the road from New Moon is another fun place to stop. Like some of the others, they have delicious food to go with their beverages, but the brunch is a definite favorite for many! Just don’t forget to grab your coffee of choice.

Please don’t hesitate to check out some of these fun spots to get your daily motivation around the UW-Oshkosh area. I hope you coffee lovers are able to find your favorite place to enjoy, whether it be a place to study, or just a place to treat yourself!

Warm wishes always,

Your fellow coffee connoisseur
