Application Status Checker

If you have recently applied to UW Oshkosh, your student ID will be emailed to you once
we process your application (3-5 days). Your student ID will be sent to the email address you
supplied on your application. Your student ID is 7 digits long and starts with 0 (zero).

Once you have received your UW Oshkosh student ID, you may log on to UW Oshkosh’s Titan
Web to view your application status. Complete the following steps:

1. Go to the Titan Web homepage at http://uwosh.edu/registrar/titanweb/
2. Click on the Titan Web Student Information box on the left side of the page.
3. Enter your User ID: A CAPITAL W followed by your UW Oshkosh student ID number
4. Enter your Password: In ALL CAPITAL letters, enter the first two letters of your first name, the first two letters of your last name and the last four digits of your UW Oshkosh student ID number. This is your initial password, please change it once you have logged in.

Example

PLEASE NOTE – Passwords are case sensitive. Pay attention to upper and lower case. It
is highly recommended that you change your password immediately after your initial login.
Your password must contain six or more characters and at least one digit. After you have
finished changing your password, log out and then login again with your new password.

when contacting the Help Desk.
