Change of Campus Form

Looking to take your UW Oshkosh journey to a new campus? You’ve come to the right place! Whether you are looking to move from the Oshkosh campus to one of our Access Campuses, or maybe you want to complete your bachelor’s degree at the Oshkosh campus, the form below will help you get there. All you need to do is fully complete the form above to switch your home campus!

**Just be sure to speak with your Access Campus advisor (or Transfer Counselor) before completing this form to ensure class offerings are still available in regard to meeting your degree/major requirements. Once this form is completed, it will immediately be submitted and we will begin reviewing them right away.**

Once my campus is changed…

Moving campuses can be nerve-wracking, but just know we are here to help you with this process! Once your change of campus request has been processed, you are going to want to take care of next steps so that you are all set, such as schedule an advising meeting with your new advisor, think about housing plans, financial aid, etc. We have created a checklist to help you get started. These items can take time, so we recommend getting started on them right away.

ACADEMIC ADVISING

One of the most important things is to get your registered for classes. The nice thing is that we use the exact same system at all three of our campuses, so you are already ahead of the game! Keep an eye on your UW Oshkosh email account, we will be sending you email communication that will include a form to fill out in order to request an advising appointment.

HOUSING

We are lucky at UW Oshkosh to have three campuses that all having student housing available! So no matter what campus you are moving to, living on campus is an option. Learn more about housing at your new campus at the following links: Oshkosh, Fond du Lac & Fox Cities.

PARKING

Parking on campus is a little different at each of our three campuses. Oshkosh and Fox Cities campus students will need to purchase a permit through parking services, while students at the Fond du Lac campus do not. Learn more about parking on all three campuses on our parking website.

VISIT

Part of moving to a new campus, is adjusting to a new landscape. We highly encourage that you take a tour of your new campus before you begin taking classes there, so that you are a little more familiar with it. We offer campus visits at all three of our campuses; Oshkosh, Fond du Lac & Fox Cities.
