In order to help students from outside of Wisconsin enjoy the exceptional education opportunities available at UW Oshkosh, we offer a number of nonresident financial options to make higher education affordable.



Titan National Scholars

This outstanding recognition is awarded to eligible students from most nonresident states. Fall 2021 applicants must have at least a 2.6 high school GPA to be eligible. Titan National Scholars receive the low-cost Wisconsin in-state tuition rate for up to 120 credits!



Midwest Student Exchange Program

Midwest Student Exchange Program allows students to save more than $4,400 in tuition each year and includes students who are residents of Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska or North Dakota.

Minnesota Reciprocity

Students from Minnesota may qualify for reciprocity benefits, which significantly saves you money on out-of-state tuition. Tuition rates for Minnesota residents are very similar to the rates for in-state, Wisconsin residents.



Return to Wisconsin

The “Return to Wisconsin” tuition reduction program offers a 25% waiver of assessed nonresident tuition to children and grandchildren of UW Oshkosh graduates.
