My name is Dailee and I wanted to go on the New York Alternative Spring Break 2017 trip because I believe health advocacy is very important.

I am a senior here at UW-Oshkosh and am a pre-medicine major. I applied for this spring break trip in hopes that I would be able to put my time to good use while volunteering at GMHC. During this trip, my goal is to make a positive impact on the lives of others and really expose myself to a new environment. I think this will be a great experience for me, as I hope to work in healthcare after graduating.

Also, I am very excited to see New York and experience Broadway!! 🙂
