CarePatrol of the Fox Cities, Oshkosh and Green Bay helps families navigate the challenge of finding safer senior living and care options. The organization is an innovator and leader in the senior care placement industry, and has provided guidance, support and actionable care solutions to more than 3,900 families since opening their doors in 2014.

Michelle Graf, UW Oshkosh MBA graduate, has grown the company from a 1-person operation to a 10-person team of advisors who serve hundreds of seniors and their families each year. They review the state survey and care history of every community they recommend. They tour and advocate by the family’s side to help them gather important information. And, they are a no cost service to the families, as care providers in the community pay their fees.

After working for several corporations before deciding to start her own business, it was Michelle’s dream to find a way to make a living AND make a difference in her local community. Since 2014, the company has supported many local non-profit organizations that serve seniors through significant monetary donations and volunteer hours.

CarePatrol Fox Cities ranks among the top 5 CarePatrol offices in the country, was selected as the “Exemplar- Franchisee of the year” in 2021, and in 2022 was recognized locally by The Fox Cities Chamber as “Small Business of the Year”.
