Every Elementary teacher has experienced times in their classroom where the kids’ energy is so high it’s a struggle to get their minds to focus. In this presentation we will explore mindful moment activities to help your kids slow their thoughts, lower their energy and regain focus again. With the help of calming music, yoga poses, breathing exercises, writing adjectives about objects through touch or taste and a book about a puppy who is trying to regain focus, you will leave with a bunch of tricks up your sleeve to regain focus in the classroom.
