Students will learn a variety of embroidery stitches and how embroidery is used for decorative items in a variety of cultures. Students will use those stitches on a 3D Geometric form to create movement around the form. They will learn about HYBYCOZO sculptures and the artists through introductory videos and by visiting the Nature of Light exhibition at the Paine Art Center and Gardens.
