Watercolor in Science
Presenter: Leigh Marmes, 6th & 7th grade Science, Merrill Middle School, Oshkosh, firstname.lastname@example.org
Scientists need artists to visually (and auditorily) represent their thinking. Participants learned and practiced watercolor painting techniques using the human body system representation as a model. Then they brainstormed and discussed how students can transfer this new skill to creating a different science concept.
