Campus Climate Study

The purpose of the Campus Climate Survey is to gain insight and knowledge into how campus stakeholders perceive and experience life at UW Oshkosh. The survey was conducted to serve the mission of the University to “provide a wide array of quality educational opportunities to the people of northeastern Wisconsin and beyond through the discovery, synthesis, preservation and dissemination of knowledge.” The interaction of the dedicated faculty, staff, and students at UW Oshkosh fosters an inclusive learning environment that prepares our graduates to meet the challenges of an increasingly global society. In other words, the University values multicultural awareness and understanding, works to promote a climate of mutual respect, and encourages inclusive cooperation among students, faculty and staff.

Please direct any requests for presentations on the results of the survey to Byron Adams, Interim Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Support of Inclusive Excellence.
