Titan Advantage Program (TAP)

Ms. Maria Fletcher is the Cooperative Education Program Coordinator for the Titan Advantage Program (TAP) in the Campus Center for Equity and Diversity. In this position she helps lead the program and oversee its operations. She has both academic and administrative experience in higher education. She has worked extensively in both areas of student and academic affairs at Howard University, Morehouse College, Texas A&M University, and most recently Idaho State University. She has extensive experience in Recruitment and Retention of underrepresented populations, financial aid, budgeting, student employment, and international programming. Ms. Fletcher is currently a candidate for her doctorate, Ed.D. (ABD) at Idaho State University where she received her MPA with an emphasis on State and Local Government. She received her BBA in Finance from Howard University in Washington, DC. Ms. Fletcher has been recognized and awarded throughout her career for her excellent customer service, leadership, and innovation. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Institute of Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. Most recently, Ms. Fletcher served as the director of International Programs with Idaho State University.
