Multicultural Education Coalition (MEC) Student Leadership Retreat

The MEC Student Leadership Retreat takes place in the spring semester. The retreat brings together student leaders and UW Oshkosh administrators to facilitate and discuss 21st-century leadership strategies and provide students with career readiness skills that will position them for internships, college employment and life and a career beyond UW Oshkosh. The overarching goal is to increase college persistence and graduation, particularly among underserved minority students and prepare them for success inside and outside of the classroom and to provide students with practical information and tools to support their college and career success.
