About drop-in math tutoring:
The Math Lab schedule for Fall 2023 will be posted one week before classes start.
The drop-in math tutor lab is located in Swart 017. Tutors are available who can assist students for multiple courses throughout the day.
Course groupings include:
- Pre-calculus – 104, 106, 108
- Calculus – 171, 172, 206, 273
- Math Education – 110, 186, 211, 213
- Statistics – 189, 201
Qualifications of drop-in math tutors:
Drop-in math tutors are students who:
- Have taken and done well in the courses they tutor
- Have been recommended by math instructors
- Have established and maintained a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA at the UWO Oshkosh campus
- Have completed 4.0 hours of tutor training
