David L. Omachinski

David L. Omachinski, C.P.A., graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh College of Business Administration with a bachelor’s degree in accounting in 1974 and was honored as the outstanding alumnus in 1992.

He is the president and chief operating officer of OshKosh B’Gosh Inc. He joined the company in December 1993 as vice president-finance, treasurer and chief financial officer. He previously served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Schumaker, Romenesko & Associates, S.C. (a Wisconsin-based CPA firm).

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International. He is on the board of directors of OshKosh B’Gosh Inc. and Anchor BanCorp Wisconsin, Inc. He also serves as a director of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Foundation, Chamco, Inc. (the Oshkosh non-profit industrial development corporation), investment advisory committee chair of the Lutheran Homes of Oshkosh and a member and past president of the Oshkosh Southwest Rotary Club.

He and his wife reside in Oshkosh and have two children.
