Leaders are increasingly faced with incentive problems. Employers want to offer effective incentives to get the most out of their new hires and current employees. During this presentation we will discuss how to structure employment contracts to attract and retain the most qualified employees and how to get the most from them once they are hired. We will also look at strategies for providing incentives for one-time projects, as well as how to provide performance-based pay schemes without promoting excessive risk-taking behavior.
