The graduate certificate program is designed at the post-baccalaureate level. It may be completed with, or without, completion of the MSE (Master of Science in Education) degree at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. It is designed as an add-on license and all candidates must hold a valid special education teaching license to be eligible to enroll in this program. Additionally, all candidates entering this program must have completed the ASL (American Sign Language) 1, 2, and 3 at UW Oshkosh, OR have an ASLPI score of 2+.
