Programs in the area of Educational  Leadership and Policy inform and promote the transformation of education both within and beyond K-12 schools and postsecondary institutions, with the ultimate goal of creating powerful and equitable learning for all. We bring multiple disciplines, analytical tools, and bodies of knowledge to our work.

The Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) at UW Oshkosh in Educational Leadership and Policy: Superintendent Licensure was created in response to a need for additional qualified district administrators—and is directed toward those who are currently principals and hold a Wisconsin teaching license. The Ed.D. gives current Wisconsin administrators an opportunity to build upon their skills and knowledge and take their leadership to the next level.

Students will be taught by committed faculty and staff dedicated to helping them envision and shape organizational change in educational settings.
