The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh takes its responsibility seriously to ensure the safety and well-being of minors that attend our various programs. The purpose of the Youth Protection and Compliance policy is to establish the minimum standards for protection of minors not enrolled or accepted for enrollment at University of Wisconsin Oshkosh who are involved in University-sponsored programs, programs held at the University via written agreement or sponsorship and/or programs housed in University facilities at all geographic locations.

Hosting a Youth Program

The first step to hosting a youth program is to email Heather Reindl at reindlh@uwosh.edu to set up your initial meeting.

At the meeting, the Youth Protection Team will provide the information and documents needed for you program to be compliant. 

Reporting

If there is an emergency or a child is in immediate danger, call 911.

For Title IX concerns, please fill out this form.

General Incident Report form must be completed and sent to ocri@uwosh.edu within 24 hours of any reportable incident.
