Dear University community,

This is to remind you that on Monday building access across all three campuses will be limited to those with keycards or keys.  Blackhawk Commons and Reeve Memorial Union will remain open during their modified scheduled hours at this time.

Only employees who have been classified as Tier 1 and faculty/instructional academic staff who have secured approval from their dean or director should be on campus. All deans or directors should report additional requests beyond Tier 1 employees either on their tracking sheets already established or send an email to risk.safety@uwosh.edu. Existing keycards and keys will continue to work.

We are taking these actions to comply with Winnebago County Public Health and the Governor’s office executive orders to reduce gatherings to 10 or fewer people and practice social distancing. No staff member should be on campus unless they have approval from their dean/director or are listed as Tier 1.

Doors will be secured until further notice.

Those with approval to be on campus who do not have a key or keycard should submit a request via this form on the Facilities Management website.

We are asking employees to stay home. We do understand, though, that some faculty and instructional staff may need to access their offices and labs. Once you have approval to be on campus, please limit your campus visits to the areas approved by your dean or director and keep your time on campus to a minimum.

We appreciate your flexibility during this incredibly challenging time.
