Drop in and… just BREATHE
In times of stress, we are often encouraged to be mindful; to take a moment to pause and be present in the now. A counselor will provide an orientation to the Just Breathe Room and assist in developing skills to center yourself and regulate your emotions. You will then be able to use the room at your convenience and/or need.
Drop In and Breathe is designed to provide opportunities for guided mindfulness, relaxation, and meditation – to experience first-hand the benefits of these techniques. Give yourself time to slow down, quiet the mind, and reset. Sessions last 30 minutes.
