Dylan Schulz set the standard for peer reviews in my first-year writing courses. Years later, I still marvel at how quickly this first-semester Computer Science major (and soon-to-be award-winning author) convinced his peers that eloquent, well-crafted writing is not only an essential skill for all disciplines but also an attainable one—but only if we commit ourselves to the journey. Fortunately for me as well as for his classmates, Dylan proved a profoundly generous and insightful guide, helping us all become better writers and more nuanced thinkers
