Ron Rindo: “Another talented Radio-TV-Film major poached by our Creative Writing Minor, Rachel Lukas has excelled in her RTF work behind the camera and in the technical realm of video production and editing. A regular member of the UW Oshkosh Dean’s List, Rachel helped to raise the group GPA in our creative writing classes, where she produced beautiful, emotionally moving work.”
