Faculty praise for Nick

Nick is a thoughtful and creative person with an inspiringly genuine curiosity, subtle-but-distinct wit and humor, and all-around great personality. And he’s an amazing musician and totally captivating performer, to boot! I wish you all the best in your coming adventures, Nick! 

Nick Matteson brought his extensive knowledge of film and considerable skills as a script writer to classes in our creative writing minor, and he capped off his writing career at UW Oshkosh by completing a marvelous, full-length script for a western in an English independent study class.  We love having Radio-TV-Film students in our classes, and we’re looking forward to seeing Nick’s name up on the big screen someday.
