Sean Fay, Director
Sean’s Pronouns: he/him/his
Sean provides leadership in recommending, developing, and implementing policies, procedures and programs regarding all aspects of affirmative action, equal employment opportunity, equity, diversity, and employee disability. This position monitors compliance with affirmative action and EEO policies and procedures, and recommends corrective measures in instances of non-compliance. In addition, the director receives, reviews, and investigates complaints of discrimination and harassment, works with employees on disability accommodations, and may, if requested, assist the Chancellor on other types of complaints or grievances against faculty and staff. This position fosters an environment of respect for the dignity and worth of all members of the University community including students, employees, and guests of the University.
Sean also serves as the ADA Coordinator and a Deputy Title IX Coordinator for UW Oshkosh.

Patricia Schrader, Equal Employment Opportunity & Affirmative Action Specialist

Patricia Schrader is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) and a Certified Diversity & Inclusion Recruiter (CDR®) and has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Her emphasis is in Human Resource Management.
In her role as Affirmative Action & Equal Employment Opportunity Specialist, Ms. Schrader ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws related to affirmative action, equal opportunity and disability issues. Ms. Schrader also serves as Deputy ADA Coordinator assisting with UW Oshkosh’s comprehensive disability services program for employees, including the assessment and delivery of accommodations and services for faculty and staff with disabilities. Patricia is also primarily responsible for the completion of UWO’s Affirmative Action Plan.
Patricia also serves as a Deputy Title IX Coordinator for UW Oshkosh.

Kalia Yang has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Her emphasis is in Economics and Human Resource Management.
