Science Wing

If you dream of a career in the sciences, then you’ll be amazed by the labs and facilities on the Fond du Lac campus.

Lab class sizes are generally between 20-25 students, so students receive individual attention from professors, and labs are designed for students to work collaboratively on activities, experiments and projects.  The many labs in the science wing provide opportunities for students to dive deeper into areas of study and offer hands-on experience that lays the critical foundation for a career in science.

Campus Grounds

The Fond du Lac campus is located just one mile from Lake Winnebago, surrounded by more than 180 acres of prairie. The six campus buildings are situated around a serene, two-acre lake with hiking and biking trails that lead to the Gottfried Arboretum. The arboretum serves as a 60-acre outdoor classroom to provide unique educational experiences for classes ranging from art to zoology.

Falcon's Nest and University Commons

As a college student, there will be times you spend your entire day on campus. Thankfully, there’s designated a space for students to kick back, relax and take a break from classes. The University Commons is a large, central space overlooking the lake where students gather, eat, and socialize. It’s also a popular spot for club meetings and student activities take place.

Within the Commons students can grab breakfast, lunch and snacks at the Falcon’s Nest. One of the best study spots on campus is the sunny patio outside the Commons. Some of the most valuable advice students give to incoming freshman is to get involved on campus, so be prepared to spend lots of time here!
