Dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality education, UW Oshkosh offers several options for financing a graduate education. Graduate students that have been accepted for admission into a degree program and are enrolled at least halftime (4.5 credits) at UW Oshkosh are eligible to receive financial assistance through the Financial Aid Office.

Available financial assistance includes Federal Work-Study and Federal Stafford Loans (unsubsidized). The Advance Opportunity Program Grant is available by contacting the Graduate Studies office.

To apply for aid, graduate students must complete the application process, including filing the FAFSA. The awarding of financial aid depends upon the student’s eligibility and the availability of funds. As funding is limited, students are encouraged to apply as early as possible.
