Facility Rental
UWO Fox Cities Campus classrooms, conference rooms, lecture halls, video conference rooms, student union, Emeritus room and field house may be rented for university, nonprofit and private events. We recommend inquiring about your desired date as early as possible, as some recurring events book far ahead.

Rental Hours
Monday-Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Please use the room reservation request form to secure your rental.
Note
Depending on the events technical needs, an IT or A/V Tech may be required at a rate of $25 per/hour.
