Food Service

Your personal conference coordinator will handle all food service needs for your event. This includes all menu and budget preparation, contact with the catering director and chef, food set-up and follow-up with you for approvals.

Food service events can be located in any Conference Services meeting space or at other locations on campus. 

The following options are available:

  • Refreshment and snack breaks
  • Catered meals and banquets
  • Cafeteria-style meals
  • University food court option
  • Box lunches
  • Special event meals
