Desk Receptionists check guests in and out of assigned rooms, maintain hall rosters and linen information, key inventory and control, answer the telephone, give directions and provide information about the university and city.
Guest Reservationists process new reservations, modify existing reservations, answer the telephone and generally assist the guests with the registration process.
Staff team members should enjoy directly working with people and enjoy helping make the guest lodging experience outstanding. Team members should be detail-oriented, be able to use effective communication, effective computer skills, and work well under pressure. Prior front desk and/or cash handling experience are a plus.
Staff will be paid by stipend for their entire time worked. Pay will be scaled based on the placement of staff and the number of days/hours expected to work.
