Payment for the room is required at check-in.  We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash or check. A credit card is required at time of reservation to hold the room.

Daily housekeeping is not provided; however, all common areas in the conference center (including bathrooms) are cleaned on a daily basis.

Visitor weekend parking (i.e. parking without the need for a permit) is only allowed 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturdays and 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays. During all other times, parking permits are required to park in UWO parking lots.

Parking arrangements will be handled through your personal event coordinator. Most parking used by Gruenhagen guests will be located in the parking ramp. Additional parking information can be found on the Parking Services website.
