GLOBAL LANGUAGES AND CULTURES | CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION FOR SCHOLARSHIP AND SERVICE
Michael DCamp is an Honors student with a double major in Geography and German, a minor in Music, and a certificate in Geographic Information Systems.
His experiences studying German have been invaluable with his studies in geography, and life more broadly, granting him access to whole worlds of information and scholarly research that he otherwise would not have had access to. Michael’s Honors Thesis is on the impact of German immigration on the culture and language of the people of Wisconsin today.
Congratulations to Michael for receiving a full scholarship to attend graduate school from two universities to study ethnic geography.
