For Instructors

The Global Scholar Certificate is a self-directed global learning pathway for students who wish to distinguish themselves as a UWO Global Scholar upon graduation. UW Oshkosh Global Scholars have invested in the global and cultural knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to navigate a complicated and interdependent world by taking designated Global Scholar courses and engaging in a global experience. A brief introduction to global learning in the curriculum and the Global Scholar Certificate can be found on the Big Picture tab.

Faculty resources for global scholar course development can be found under the Global Scholar Course Development tab (resources for Global Citizenship course development can be found on the USP website).

Faculty resources for advising global scholar students, particularly with respect to their global experience and related ePresentation can be found on the Student Advising page.

CETL Faculty Development Opportunities

Specific faculty development opportunities, such as a global learning and citizenship best practice certification, can be found under the Professional Development Tab on the CETL website.
