What to Bring

Figuring out what to bring with you to campus can be challenging! In most cases, you will be sharing a room with another student. Talking to your roommate prior to Move-In can help you determine what you want to bring. The lists below offer suggestions on what to bring as well as outlining what items to leave at home.

Planning ahead is essential to a positive Move-In. Pack early and utilize reusable or multi-purpose containers when possible. A laundry basket is great for moving items as are reusable plastic bins or crates. Boxing all or most items helps with quickly unloading your vehicle during Move-In. We encourage you to label boxes and crates with your name, hall and room number.
