Compensation (Hourly Pay Rate)
All students are paid hourly except for community advisors for Residence Life and those working with summer camps via PreCollege and Athletics. These positions are unique – requiring continual on call hours within a 24-hour period.
Pay ranges related to job titles for hourly employees and information regarding working titles can be found here.
If you feel the position warrants a lump sum payment please reach out to the Student Employment Coordinator within Human Resources. You will be required to submit a lump sum justification form and have it approved by Human Resources prior to the student beginning work.
