Universities of Wisconsin Travel Regulations

All travel reimbursements are processed through the UW System Travel WIse E-Reimbursement portal. 

UW System Travel Regulations apply to all hotel stays, including state rates and tax exempt status. Please contact ideas@uwosh.edu if your Horizontal Mentoring Meeting requires an overnight stay. All travel arrangements will be made through the UW TravelWIse portal.

Meals for participants are covered by the Women and Science Program in compliance with current state regulations.
