Project Management

Overview:

The Project Management team follows the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct which outlines the four values that drive our work: Honesty, Responsibility, Respect and Fairness.

We define a ‘Project’ as an activity that has a start and end date and delivers a value or product to the customer. We have implemented five basic phases of project management into our project management process: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Performance & Monitoring, and Close-Out. Our team provides the following services:

    • Change management support
    • Process and workflow assessments
    • Scope development
    • Work group formation
    • Project launch
    • Meeting facilitation
    • Stakeholder communication and updates
    • Proposal development
    • Project close-out
