Mission

Established in 2021 by the Center for Student Success and Belonging (CSSB) at UW Oshkosh, the mission of Intercultural Engagement is to provide academic support and guidance, cultural understanding, leadership development and mentoring through two main programs: Titan Men of Diversity and Latinos Unidos Navigating Academica (LUNA). Titan Men of Diversity supports all students who identify as men, and LUNA is designed to aid and uplift the Latino student population.  Intercultural engagement offers programs and services that support persistence, retention and graduation for students of these students and to assists for a smooth transition to college life.
