IT is implementing changes to ensure we are able to continue to support our students and staff as part of our Coronavirus response.
- The Help Desk in Dempsey Hall will not be open for walk-ins but will continue to respond to email and phone calls.
- Requests for VPN access will not be collected at this time. A new workflow is being developed to process requests and will be available on Monday.
- Laptop and Chromebooks are not available to check out at this time.
- New hardware and software purchases will not be processed for two weeks.
