Third Party Data Requests

• There is a $105 (tax included) charge for each list
• Data is prepared in a Microsoft Excel format
• Information included is:  name, address (either local or home), phone number (if student allows), campus email address and year in school
• An invoice will be provided and payment can be made by check or credit card
• List will be released within a week of payment being received
