Choral Placement Hearings – Spring 2023

All new and returning students interested in singing in a UWO Choir must schedule a short (6-8 minute) placement hearing to determine voice range and section placement. The hearing will consist of vocal exercises to determine range qualities, aural skills, sight-reading, and a short part-holding exercise. You do not need to prepare a song or any audition materials.

To sign up for placement, please use the link found here.  In addition, prior to your audition, please fill out the Singer Information Form found here.

We can’t wait to have you singing with us. For any questions, please reach out to Dr. Gravelle at gravelles@uwosh.edu.
