    LGBTQ+ Resource Center Community Brunch

    LGBTQ+ Resource Center Community Brunch

Visit the LGBTQ+ Resource Center on campus located within the Campus Center for Equity & Diversity
717 W. Irving Ave. from 12:30-1:30 pm to have a free brunch and build community. This event is an opportunity for families to connect with other LGBTQIA+ families, students, and the LGBTQ+ Resource Center.

A message from LGBTQ+ Resource Center Director, Maddie Wiles (she/her):

“Family is more than who we live with or how we are related by blood. For many LGBTQIA+ communities, they often face increased discrimination and belonging to non-affirming households. The LGBTQ+ Resource Center wants to welcome and celebrate families, related or chosen, and gather together in honor of those who we love in our group that identify in the community. For those family members who continue to embrace and affirm our LGBTQIA+ students and young people….I thank you and support you on your journey together.”
    Maddie Wiles (She/Her)
