This form should be used to Withdraw from the current Fall 2019 semester or Cancel your enrollment for Spring 2020

 

Undergraduate Students – Withdraw from Fall 2019 semester

As of October 18th, 2019 students enrolled in 14 week courses must go through the Dean of Students Office to request a Late Withdrawal from courses. You can find more information, including the required Late Withdrawal form, here

Students enrolled in 2nd 7 week courses can utilize the form below until November 19th. 

Step 1: Complete the online form to request to withdraw or cancel enrollment.

Step 2: You will be contacted within 2 business to schedule a meeting with an enrollment management team member to discuss your request to withdraw and the next steps of the process.  

*Withdraw requests will only be approved after the completion of your individual meeting.*

 

Undergraduate Students – Cancel enrollment for Spring 2020

Step 1: Complete the online form to request to withdraw or cancel enrollment.

Step 2: The Registrar’s Office will cancel your enrollment for Spring 2020. You will not be required to meet with a member of the enrollment management team. 

 

Graduate Students

Step 1: Complete the online form to request to withdraw or cancel enrollment.

Step 2: Your form will be forwarded to Graduate Studies for approval.
