In August 2021 Suzanne became the Director of Continuing Education for UW Oshkosh previously serving as the Director of Continuing Education for the two UW Oshkosh Access Campuses of Fond du Lac and Fox Cities.

Suzanne has more than twenty-five years’ experience in higher education administration.  Her primary areas of specialization have included higher education programs for adult and non-traditional learners and graduate business programs. Suzanne provides leadership in continuing education across the three communities that UW Oshkosh serves, providing strategic vision, assessing community needs throughout the region, and coordinating program implementation. Prior to joining UW Oshkosh, Suzanne was the Director of Continuing Education at UW Manitowoc and UW Sheboygan and served as the Director of the MS degree in Management and Organizational Behavior at Silver Lake College advising graduate students, overseeing graduate faculty, and managing graduate curriculum.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Suzanne completed a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling with an emphasis in higher education. Suzanne lives in  Manitowoc with her husband Joe, and in her free time loves gardening, educational travel, music, hiking and kayaking with friends.

Outreach Program Coordinator Cynthia Brun has been a member of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Division of Online and Continuing Education since 2006. Her primary responsibilities include administering the online Fire and Emergency Response Management Online Bachelor of Applied Science degree and the online Chief/Company Officer certificate. Currently she is a member of the board of directors for the Professional Firefighters of Wisconsin Charitable Foundation, and the Degree Assembly of the International Fire Service Accreditation Congress.

Jason Hubbard joined the Continuing Education staff in September 2015. He serves as an Outreach Program Manager for the department, working specifically to provide professional development opportunities that fulfill credit hours, offer conference services and test prep courses. Prior to joining CE, Jason worked as a Conference Coordinator in the Wisconsin Union at UW-Madison. He graduated with a master’s in Educational Leadership from UW Oshkosh in 2012. Jason developed a passion for serving students and delivering higher education programs as a student employee and graduate assistant in Reeve Union. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, photography, and researching genealogy.

Julie Kiefer became an outreach program manager in UWO’s Continuing Education Department in October of 2015. She works with personal development programs, especially those that serve a mature audience, such as Learning in Retirement, Grandparents University and Women’s Wellness. Prior to coming to UWO, she has variety of experience working for non-profits in the areas of programming, development, and marketing for organizations that serve older adults, people with disabilities, and housing. Julie is involved in the Oshkosh community serving on the city’s Committee on Aging, Oshkosh Healthy Neighborhoods board of directors and Fox Chase Neighborhood Association. She has served on school PTOs raising money for an inclusive playground and supports school Special Olympics and the Oshkosh West Booster Club. Julie has a B.A. from St. Norbert College with majors in Business Administration and Sociology with a Human Services concentration.

Sue Baker joined the UW Oshkosh Office of Continuing Education in May 2008. She is an alumna of UW Oshkosh and received her Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in English and minors in Business Administration and Religion.

Sue worked in the business community prior to UW Oshkosh and has experience in both credit and customer service.  Sue has received the Certified Operations Manager designation from the Learning Resources Network (LERN.)  She provides administrative and office management support for Continuing Education.

Judy Lloyd has been a Program Assistant for the Department of Continuing Education (CE) at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh since 2008. Judy, a native of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, provides clerical support for all CE programming on the Oshkosh campus. She is responsible for processing registrations for Oshkosh Campus CE programs and also fulfills administrative duties for the Learning in Retirement organization.

Judy has completed UW Oshkosh University Staff Leadership Training and is currently finishing out her second term on the UW Oshkosh University Staff Senate. She has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in performance throughout her career, earning the STAR award in March of 2019.

Sara Seidling joined the Continuing Education team in 2022. Her role is to provide support for all enrichment opportunities at the UWO Fox Cities campus. She is an alumna of UW Oshkosh and holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Prior to working with OCE, she spent almost a decade working for the STEM Outreach Department at UW Oshkosh and has extensive experience running youth programs for the local community. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and reading.
