Research shows that people who know their purpose live up to seven years longer than those who do not.
Individuals who understand what brings them joy and happiness tend to surround themselves in the right communities and engage in activities that they find rewarding and gratifying.
During this one-day session, you will be led through a number of exercises to identify your values and passions to discover your purpose. End the day creating your own vision board.
A vision board is a fun way to define your best life and keep a visual reminder of the direction you want to move.
