During free time, participants will be able to enjoy outdoor and spa activities offered by the Osthoff Resort.

7–8:30 p.m. Session I: Opening Session and Kickoff

 

7:45–8:30 a.m. Exercise: Yoga
8:30–9:15 a.m. Breakfast
9:30–10:30 a.m. Session II: The Effects on the Body and Creating Self-Awareness
   
   
10:30 –10:45 a.m. Break
10:45–11:45 a.m. Session III: Self-Care and Creating a Deeper Understanding
   
   
Noon–1 p.m. Lunch
1–2 p.m. Free Time (Enjoy some free time.)
2– 3 p.m. Breakout Session IV; Bringing Balance and Going Deeper – Why Do We React? 
   
   
 3–3:15 p.m. Break
3:15–4:15 p.m. Breakout Session V: Making Healthy Choices Through Movement, Gratitude, Support and Trying Something New
   
   
4:15–5:30 p.m. Social Hour (Enjoy time socializing with others in the Elk Lounge or patio (depending on weather).) 
 5:30–6:30 p.m. Dinner
7–9 p.m. Spa Time (Enjoy two complimentary hours in the lounge and meditation room of the Aspira Spa.)
