Human Search Engine: A Serious Jobseeker’s Guide

Take charge of your career. Find, get and love the job you deserve. The Human Search Engine program takes the fear out of searching for a job.
You spend about 38 percent of your week at work. Are you spending that time doing the right kind of work for you? Are you happy, challenged, fulfilled and enjoying your work? If you answered “no” to any of those questions, this class is for you!
During this eight-week, 12-hour course, you will learn everything you need to put yourself in the best possible position for your individual interests and skills. Be in charge of your career!
In addition to world-class instruction, participants will use and keep an invaluable workbook, Human Search Engine for Career Search: A Serious Jobseeker’s Guide, by Chris Czarnik.
Session 1: Change Your Job Search Mindset
Learn about the key elements of the Human Search Engine process, including identifying everything of value in your life.
Session 2: The Fundamental Problems of Job Search
Understand the biggest problems that all job seekers face, and make your job search successful!
Session 3: Definition, Research, and Marketing Definitions
Understanding proper marketing is your key to seeking & receiving the right job!
Session 4: Beginning Steps to the HSE Job Search Process
Learn to identify your key skills and interests to be in the right job for you!
Session 5: Skills Matter
Determine jobs that use your dynamic skill set and create your objective statement.
Session 6: Research Begins
Test your job search hypothesis to narrow the appropriate next steps.
Session 7: Designing the Next Job
Discover how looking forward by examining the past allows you to design the right job & right situation!
Session 8: Marketing
Become your own recruiter—become interesting to become important to potential employers!
Registration Information
The fee for this program is $199, and the course material fee is $24.95. Materials include a 122-page workbook for you to keep for your job search process.

Course Instructor
Chris Czarnik is a national career search expert with 12 years of job search training and motivational speaking experience. He created and refined the innovative approach to job search, known as “The Human Search Engine™” by working with thousands of job-seekers over more than a decade.
Chris is a leading adjunct career search instructor for the 5th largest research university in the nation, as well as many colleges and universities across the country.
Chris’ process was introduced to the 113th United States Congress as a national job search and Workforce Development model and he is currently working with Workforce Development centers across the nation to reform the way people find a new job.
