Cindy M. Nelson, MA, CSLC
Nelson has extensive education and work experience in Human Resource Management in manufacturing, service and government sectors. Her areas of expertise are hiring, training, supervisory and leadership development, coaching, and conflict resolution. Currently, Nelson is a certified coach and owns Anakh Leadership Coaching, LLC where she focuses specifically on educating and empowering business leaders. Cindy has training in proprietary coaching techniques that focus on self-realization and the development of leadership abilities. She has a passion for working with leaders and increasing both their personal and business effectiveness.
Gary Ziebell, MBA
Ziebell received a bachelor degree in Biology from Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wis. He has 17 years of experience in retail management and transportation management. For the past 12 years, he has been working for Waupaca Elevator Company as the VP of Operations. After earning his MBA in 2005, Ziebell has been teaching and is an adjunct professor at UW Oshkosh.
Rynele Mardis, PhD
Dr. Mardis has 10 years of leadership experience with an outstanding record of accomplishment in leading people to excellence, military global crisis/emergency management. Response training and planning, improving operations and the management of resources aimed to reduce negative environmental impacts. A consummate leader with an ability to build consensus, shape organizational performance and align business goals and objectives. A team-builder with considerable experience coaching, teaching and mentoring cross-functional teams of professionals to collaborate, communicate and efficiently achieve results.
