Discussions include what makes up your workplace culture, living your personal values, why it’s important to be a Trim Tab and how to build community.

Module 2: Respecting Your Internal Customers

You will examine self-respect, best practices for strong internal customer service as well as the five languages of appreciation in the workplace.

Module 3: Courageous Communication is Critical

Study how to improve relationships and decrease conflict by communicating with intention and values, as well as learn the CLEAR method and how to apply it.

Module 4: Emotional Intelligence Matters

Learn the difference between your IQ and your EQ, as well as how to ultimately develop your emotional intelligence.

Stacy Shapiro is President of Shapiro Strategies (a consulting and training firm) and has over 20 years of leadership experience.
