Group Programs
The UW Oshkosh Office of International Education can customize a group program for you. We offer customization for:
University Visits for High School Students and Parents
This type of programming includes presentations on U.S. education; introductions to faculty, staff and advisers relevant to individual high school students’ intended majors; a campus tour; an on-campus experience (high school students live and eat on campus during the program); day trips to visit other Wisconsin universities (public or private); accommodation; meal options; airport transfers and logistical arrangements for field and school visits. The recommended program length is 3 days at UWO, 1-2 days for cultural field visits around Wisconsin, plus at least 1 day per visit to other universities in Wisconsin. While visits can be arranged at any time of year, it is recommended that visitors come while classes are in session (see our academic calendar for dates). There is no minimum number of group participants required. Contact oie@uwosh.edu to request dates for your visit!
Customized Group Programs
This type of programming includes non-credit coursework in a field of study requested by the group program organizer; an on-campus experience (students live and eat on campus during the program); field experiences (including field experiences that complement the academic program); cultural programming and tourism; accommodation; meal options; airport transfers; and other logistical arrangements. Non-credit coursework could be requested, for example, in “English for Academic Purposes”, “English for Specific Purposes” (like “business” or “computer science”), or in an area in which UW Oshkosh offers academic programming – see our list of academic programs. Visits can be arranged at any time of year EXCEPT DURING THE WEEK OF AIR VENTURE, unless the visit is in relation to aviation. It is recommended that visitors come while classes are in session (see our academic calendar for dates), but visits can be organized during any time of year (except during Air Venture!). Please see our planning timeline for more information on developing a customized program. Please contact the Office of International Education at oie@uwosh.edu to request dates for your visit!

Scholarships are gifts of money that do not need to be repaid, provided the enrollment period is completed.
Scholarships count toward student’s overall financial resources. Federal regulations require scholarships be considered when calculating student’s financial aid award and eligibility.
UW Oshkosh Scholarship Database
UW Oshkosh has a searchable scholarship database that features scholarships for everyone.
Only students who are admitted into UWO can apply for them. Adhere to application deadlines to ensure consideration.
