a. Approve Minutes from October 22, 2021
b. Extend the application deadline for the May 2022 and October 2022 cohorts until full. *Received fewer than needed applications for the May 2022 cohort. We would like accommodate applicants who are graduating in January (May 2022 cohort) and June (October 2022 cohort) to complete pre-reqs as well as securing employment. The applicant pool is smallest it has ever been. Applicants are informed to obtain hospital CNA employment due to difficulty securing clinical placements which must happen before an applicant is offered a seat in a cohort. Accel is working with Marketing to increase the applicant pool by submitting email drip campaigns in Salesforce as well as Google/Internet advertising and Facebook ads as well.
